Excel Teams will compete in bronze, silver, and gold division. Gymnasts will compete at least 4 times per year on all four apparatus. Practice times will be twice per week for bronze and four times per week for silver and gold. Gymnastics team is not for everyone and that is okay. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing.
