Gymnastics Classes

With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their skills and build confidence in themselves. Whether your child is a beginner or an advanced gymnasts, our comprehensive program ensures they receive the personalized attention they need to excel.

Preschool Classes

Ages 15 months - 5 years


Toddlers are on the move! Our classes allow them to explore and learn self awareness and physical adaptation through gymnastics skills that are developmentally appropriate. Your toddler will have a blast climbing through tunnels, over obstacles and gripping the bars. This is a great time for toddlers! Classes are 40 minutes long, once per with, with 30 minutes of instruction and 10 minutes of free time exploration. Families can choose to sign up for multiple classes per week.

Beginner Gymnastics

5 years and up


Beginner gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. Class time is spent working on beginner skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 50 minutes long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Intermediate Gymnastics

6 years and up


Intermediate gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on intermediate skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 75 minutes long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Advanced Gymnastics

6 years and up


Advanced gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to elevate their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on advanced skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. This is where athletes will go if they want to continue with rec gymnastics but do not have in interest in competing. Classes are 1.5 hours long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Tumbling

Ages Vary


Our tumbling program focuses on floor skills for athletes looking to build strength, coordination, and dynamic movement. From cartwheels and back handsprings to advanced passes, we break down each skill step-by-step in a safe, supportive environment. Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, or anyone wanting to master their tumbling technique! Class is 60 minutes long, once per week.
